How do I receive my free labels with my tape purchase?
-All tapes purchased from Netc come pre-labeled for free, BUT you must design them online and checkout with both the labels and the tapes in the cart. The cost of the labels is automatically removed.
How do I know if my label has a check character?
-The best way to determine if your labels contain a check character or not is to scan the barcode with a hand scanner. If an additional character appears that is not in the human readable then your labels contain a check character. (ex. your label reads ABC123 but scans ABC123X). If you do not have access to a hand scanner Netc is always happy to determine if you need a check character. How do I indicate that I want the free labels but I do not want them placed on the tapes?
-Just let us know that you do not want the tapes labeled in the order notes or the item notes. You can tell us in the text boxes located under the products in the shopping cart page.
I don't see any shipping options when I get to the Select Shipping page!
